Refund Policy
Euphania is a software-as-a-service product operated by Aktis SL (Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra). All purchases of Euphania subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payments, taxes, invoices and refunds in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any Euphania paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with Euphania for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the email Paddle sent you when you purchased your subscription, or
- Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund", or
- Contact us at info@aktisandorra.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and are subject to Paddle's processing rules, including payment method and transaction age limitations. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal link included in every invoice email from Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancellation and refund are separate actions. If you want a refund of your most recent charge in addition to cancelling, you must request the refund following the instructions above.
4. Free trial
Euphania may offer a free trial period before the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts at the end of the trial period and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from that first charge.
5. Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with equivalent consumer protection laws, you may have additional statutory rights (such as a 14-day right of withdrawal) that apply in addition to this policy. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
