Which platforms do you support?
Right now, Shopify. WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and PrestaShop are on the roadmap. If your platform has a products API, reach out — we're prioritizing integrations based on demand.
What exactly can Euphania see in my store?
Read and write access to your products — titles, descriptions, meta fields, images, variants, and pricing. We do not access orders, customers, payment methods, or any other data. Permissions are listed transparently during the Shopify OAuth flow before you authorize.
Will Euphania change my products without asking?
Never. Euphania generates suggestions. You review them side-by-side with your current copy and explicitly approve each publish. Every change is reversible from your Shopify admin.
What AI model powers the rewrites?
Claude by Anthropic. We chose it for its quality on long-form, brand-aware copy and its reliability on factual grounding — it won't invent product features you didn't mention.
What languages do you support?
Rewrites are generated in the same language as your original content. Today we have strong performance in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. Other languages work but with varying fluency.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your product data is never used for training. All API calls to Claude are stateless and governed by Anthropic's data privacy policy. Our detailed terms are in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no minimum commitment. Cancel from your account settings at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If Euphania doesn't deliver value in your first two weeks, email us and we'll refund your first month in full. Details in our terms.
